Faith No More - The Jungle Lyrics
Well, just follow your heart
Man oh man
Try and see, if you can
Ha Ha
Jungle sounds great
Don't deter us from our journey onward
Hey man, let your spirit go
To the full extent of the meaning
He said, "And follow me to the deepest part of the jungle.
Where it is always dark and wet and warm
To the sacred part."
Well, just follow your heart
Try and see, if you can
Ha Ha
Jungle sounds great
Lots of scary noises
Don't deter us from our journey onward
We pushed and followed
Only our deepest, hidden senses, senses
And exposed to the elements
That lie within

Real and true ingenuity right here
Such an eerie song, I love it.
Is it me or does Chuck Mosley sound a bit Ozzy Osbourne like?
Lots of scary noises don't deter us from our journey onward!

pure energy
Fucking classic....
Best song from We Care A Lot
Agreed.
Na 2nd best as the worm turns has it beat by 1 pt
Jesse Williams is right. Weirdly awesome, go Chuck!
New album coming from FNM! First in 17 years! Who else is pumped?
i think i know that vid u guys are talking about. from the 2010 tour
Brian Costelloe Not me, because there's no Jim Martin and I think Mike Patton eventually ruined Faith No More!
@aboutthetruthmedia organization interesting.... I like Jim Martin, but Patton really added a new dimension to their sound
@Mark Rago The Real Thing was great, Angel Dust was good but that original sound was quickly disappearing. So everytime Mike went on album he took more away from what is "Faith No More." Chuck Mosley kept that cool, unusual underground sound even years after he was in Faith No More. Also Mike Patton acts like a dickhead live and ruins perfectly good songs.
Jim Martin is an underrated guitarist. "Jim" the song is beautiful!
@aboutthetruthmedia organization I guess its all about what you like too. Patton is eccentric and he's experimental (almost to a fault occasionally). I like alot of his music with Mr. Bungle , Fantomas, etc, because it's unpredictable and difficult to define. Chuck wasn't bad, but he was more of a badass urban MC with lots of rhythm but he was limited vocally, at least compared to Patton who can croon, scream, rap, scat, sing, gurgle, or yodel across five octaves. I know he's a challenging personality, but Patton is pretty talented and willing to tackle the unknown.
Damn, Chuck Mosley was a weird dude.
Jesse Williams still is touring now to
Hellsrage Hellzrage not anymore...
Jesse Williams He was an individual who could be weird. :)I am glad he did the songs he did with FNM and with other bands he did. :)
LOL all of FNM are kind of weird dudes...
good song
Good shit, what happened music?
the best
I was just listening to that, Jim Martin is awesome.
catchy. I'd compare it to 'Mexican Sangwich'
Every funk rock band changed styles later in their careers :c
I started my Faith No More relationship with the Patton stuff, and when I first was played this album, I hated it because I thought it was slow and dull.
I forced myself to listen to it, and after a while, grew to love it.
I have now reached a point where it is far and away my fave FNM album. The Jungle and Mark Bowen are just the greatest!
jayrobb9 I like both Chuck Mosley and Mike Patton,Faith no Man was great too,Alive is a great song with Mike "The Man" Morris on guitar and vocals,we was a good vocalist
Hell yeah this beat is sick, i love how he keeps it simple but technical at the same time.
Identically the exact same scenario started off w the real thing then I bought introduce yourself and was like like wtf is this forced myself to listen to it and then bought this album and I love chuck wouldn't def be fnm without these 2 ,albums and of course chuck
REALLY!!!!
Mosley is One of the Greats!
yeah, all my friends hated mosley with fnm.......i thought they both rocked, i mean fuck......its like comparing apples to oranges.
Faith No More was so pure and visceral with Chuck.
Not the best album but still a awesome album.
Ricardo Alves 1985
best FNM album ever !!!
@steveboogy a simple look at the liner notes to this album would show how indefinite you really are, not to mention, anyone who saw them then could tell you i.e. me
@steveboogy wrong!
@FrankyJFuckwit Chuck was in Bad Brains from 1990-1991 i think. and he's not dead
Traductus5972 He is now, though, sadly.
@joseph1993100 yer i kno that ...so
@FrankyJFuckwit bad brains an all black band T.T
@skylandmountain dude he wasnt in bad brains... this was after bad brains
i think hes dead
I love when the keyboard comes in; It elevates the song to another level.
I had an idea of covering this song, calling it Mr Bungle instead of The Jungle.
The bungle
I have this album on tape. Was this ever released on CD?
GREAT SONG IS THE BEST
@nomorerocketships That person on Amazon probably was a big fan of Angel dust, king for a day, or anything with Mike Patton singing.
@unicron24 I think he lives in the Cleveland, ohio area now.
@nomorerocketships - rubbish, this song's awesome.
After he was kicked out he sang for bad brains for a year then left and formed Cement they released 2 albums and then they split. then chuck became a cook, but he's back with a new band called VUA and they just released an album called will rap over hard rock for food.
what ever happened to this singer? does he have a band?
yeah it is pretty weak but it grows on to ya
couldn't have said it better myself
i dunno about "Blood" though...it's the most boring song to play on guitar
their worst song doesn't exist cuz they are all good
someone on amazon said this was the worst song in their archive...i don't think so.
Lol wtf. The riff in this song is so badass
