@Nopi Nurya I love Dimash. I listen to Dimash, but this song is packed with meaningful lyrics and his french is bad. I am not one of those who thinks that is not important. I wont even talk about emotion and delivery of this song because I cant imagine him singing it.

Funny, we have the same age and I kind of grew up near her in Ruisbroek, Belgium, where my grandparents lived, mearly a few hundred metres away from where she grew up. But I never met her, at least not that I know. NIce, she did well, fabulous voice, and although she's got this incredible technique and control I like it when her Belgian French accent "rrrr" comes to the surface when she gets really emotional. Priceless ... Not my kind of music, but she sure is in my top three female pop singers.

Eh she’s good but I think the original with Serge Lama is the most on key. I like that one because it sounds and feels like it is in a retro setting with it literally playing from the radio in the background and the scene being one of those old black and white motion pictures giving it much more feeling true to it’s source.

I watch this again and again.. to see her come back from that journey in the end, it has a scary component i feel. you see it can't be "healthy" to allow yourself to feel such pain so intensely, to immerse oneself in that terrible feeling. I wonder if so many troubled lives of artists are that these people transform their existing pain into expression, or could it be that their diving into such intense pain voluntarily for the creation messes them up? so what is first, the pain, or pain resulting "new" from going deep into dark sides of the soul for the creation?
