Many people below are lamenting how Eva was not "discovered" or "better known" or "more famous" during her life. But to me that completely misses the point. It is not desired by all artists to be big and famous. They sing and play only for their art. To a pure soul like Eva a small, intimate cellar audience may have been fully fulfilling for her. Perhaps great acclaim was never her aim. Sometimes on this planet great souls walk (and perform) amongst us in unnoticed ways. Not everyone is destined to be a big star. And that's fine. Eva has not "missed out" on anything.

Eva Cassidy and Freddie mercury are the only two voices to make appreciate music. The both have a voice of the gods. Just amazing
