the percussionist is the incomparable ray cooper. saw him first with elton john 1973/74. has played with the best ever since.

i like how clapton has got better and better each year since the early 90's right through now in 2020. I think he plays much better1991-2020, than he did 1963-1990. And each year since 1991 to 2020 he has gotten better and better. Amazing. Goes to show what a great musician he is, and was. It was the alcohol that was holding him back all those years.
