Was 13 in 1990 when I bought this, it still holds up.

For me this song is about a biker/ bank robber criminal who knows no tomorrow. Getting chased down by police, massive shootout etc. In the end he gets caught. The outro @ 3:49 is him behind the bars 20 years later. Pondering whether it all was worth it.
