For folk metal or Pagan metal bands Moonsorrow, Falkenbach, Primordial and Graveland are good ones. for Neofolk try Darkwood, Empyrium, Forseti, Sol Invictus and Death In June. Or look up Loreena Mckennit. She makes nice Celtic music and a lot of it is vary Paganish and spiritual in my opinion.

Gothic1&2 > Skyrim although I did like the medieval Viking theme in Skyrim and inns a lot in that game. The characters in Gothic were fucking hilarious and amazing though so.
