I can't keep calm when people say "oh Ensiferum rocks!" or "hail ensiferum!" while listening to Ensiferum's first two albums. This song is awesome cos of Jari. In fact, it was composed by Jari (can you recognize the same style in Sadness and Hate by Wintersun?). Ensiferum is a good band... but what we see here is pure Jari's inspiration.

ok..i have to disagree badly. The fist album was inspired a lot by Jari´s deathloving Melancholy..but not only..as it is never in any band, so not for Ensiferum. The second Album already had a changed style, it already had the style of victory songs, and thats exactly why Jari left, cuz he wanted to make his deathloving melancholy stuff again. Dont get me wrong, i like wintersun alot. But he was better with ensiferum and it would have been better he never left. It would have been better to see where ensiferum can go without ppl always moan about "Without Jari, Hail jari" Bullshit. They did a good job with the 3rd and 4th album..but ppl keep giving bad vibes, and thats how u force a band to change their style again..and thats why ensiferum today is good, but not that epic like their were before. Thx to you, "Jari-loving-but-deaf-to hear-if something-is-epic" guys, that is your fault, not theirs!!
