Always nice to remember a band that you loved in your younger days, but forgot about as you grew up. Iuno what made me think of Eiffel 65 today, but I'm pretty damn thankful. <3 this song.

It's bad logic that you would believe that only today matters. If you forget about yesterday you will have learned nothing and also forget where you came from. Never looking towards the future means that you can never plan for the foundation that the so-called future relies on in order to exist, aka it won't. So now isn't forever. Now is the building blocks of tomorrow based on the mortar and cement of yesterday.

This is one of their slower songs set aside from all of their up-beat dance songs.... so the backwards lyrics were probly just to make the song more interesting.

Does anyone else notice the to lines that are backwards? I mean, I've been a HUGE fan of these guys my whole life. But the 2 lines that are played backwards in this song have always confused me, always wondered why they did that?

Eiffel was full of stuff like that, from Life like thunder which has the lyrics, "i wanna live my life like thunder, dont wanna live my life like numbers, which i always thought meant i wanna live my life like a bang, not being worked out by everyone, and then there's brightly shines with"i see a man sleep on the streets with golden clothes, deep stuff, Eiffel 65 for me anyway will be the sound of growing up, i was 13 in 1999, im 27 now, i still listen to all 5 albums, i am a Proud E65 fan !!

That is so fucking true. Not only did Eiffel 65 make songs about "life"-matters. But also greed and society. Of course, they got their less "deep" songs, such as about video games and such.. But this type of music is very rare. Along with lyrics by something this "mainstream".
