Back in 1971-72 I was a junior in high school. In art class there was a turntable and the teacher encouraged the students to bring records in to play during class but no one would. Wow, this song brings me way back to when I was 4 years old and my grandpa would take me fishing and we would play this song on repeat. Like I wasn’t alive for when Donovan was SUPER big in the 70s but I was still able to experience. This song is just way too nostalgic.
