A.I. could beat him in a game of HORSE, the 3 PT contest, and maybe in a handle competition, but on the court 1 V 1 LeBron James may just be the best defensive player of the era. Not by stats, but by the ability to literally play against any offensive player at any position on rotation. A.I. can say many things and his legacy speaks for him, but NO ONE can defend like LeBron James. That build (less than 6 percent body fat) and height allow him to stick to the point or go up and beat down on a center dunking. Even worse he is a complete disciple of the game and he will study each opponent on a team because he knows he will be rotating to cover off the screen or double team. And the handle game is absolutely filthy now, imagine trying to defend a player in this day and age compared to 10 years ago and now throw in the scientific advancement and tactical additions to play calling, elaborate screens, and all kinds of nonsense to get players mismatched on rotation or wide open shot and add in the headache of everyone being able to shoot the 3...defense is a headache now.

We can say he had Iguodala but that was later on in his tenure. Iguodala is athletic, but he isn't a franchise player, in my mind. The Sixers should bring A.I. back. Let him play along side Holiday. He can teach him things. And make the Sixers a better team. What can go wrong?! I guarentee nobody will be pissed on the Sixers about a little decrease in playing time to make their team better.
