Never knew Dolly did a version of this! Always loved Bob Lind's version and, of course, Dolly is a brilliant vocalist so it's great to hear this take on a classic song.

How beautiful, its makes me realise my breath, it makes me wander through the canyons of my mind. Miss Dolly makes it wonderful, extremely wonderful.

There are some songs that have life in themselves & a vesel with a real living connnectable soul can make the connection and let it live in all its beauty through them and in total disregard of comparrison or comprtition...This song is one of those and Dolly as well as others can really bring it alive in their own beautiful way...so forget comparing bouques & just let the delights become fresh every time.

this song is so old i thought i would never find it on here, been looking for it for years not remembering who sang it. tho i m not into coutry i think dolly version is very good and she does have a beautiful voice

I'm called the Queen of Karaoke in Las Vegas, as I sew and design costumes to sing with and have 184 characters. I took karaoke lessons with a college teacher, called Dennis "Baby" Richards, who taught me to sing in costume.

So for graduation day, I needed to come up with a character, so I chose, Dolly Parton, for I have the big blonde hair and the cleavage to match. I never considered it sexy or dirty for I breastfed my sons, 3 1/2 yrs, both breasts and sons.

Beautiful rendition of Bob Lind's song. It makes me cry, it's such a lovely performance - full of almost lost innocence, yet wistful and with such a total command of the material. What a great artist she is, to be sure!
