I'm a very cold person and almost nothing (except pain) makes me feel, but this song, this video it made me feel something that I don't really understand.

I also want to say that your producer has done you no favors, Diane. A song like this? Your words need to be crisp and clear, given the subject matter. Like an Adele treatment. Your musicality and nuance are extraordinary. In this regard, I think your producer has held you back from a more widespread appreciation.

I get a little Kate Bush here. A good thing. And just about the most adorable thing I've laid eyes on.

When this song came out, it got some attention but not as much as I expected it to. It's a terrifically-good song and I really like the video also. (Kind of reminds me of La Jetee for some reason: concrete and alienation, I guess.)

Much better quality in the studio than her first album. She sounded awesome on Daryl Hall's show. This song is musical brilliance. I love the background singing and would have liked a little more of it. Harmony is good for the soul. I love Diane Birch as an artist. She is a breath of fresh air and makes us remember the good old days when Pop was pop and was really music. You hear a lot of other artists with her style. Karen Carpenter, Stevie Nicks, Kristin Massey, Sade, Daryl Hall. Diane is a very technical thinker. Her ability to sing the story pulls you in like a good book.
 I would love to engineer and mix a few tracks for her.

I love both the music and the video. Diane is amazing.

Weird video. Good song. It seems she's let her old goth influences creep in a bit on her new album. It sounds mostly Stevie Nicks-inspired, but you can definitely hear the occasional Siouxsie or Kate Bush influence.

She is the only current musician whose lack of popularity angers me.
