I discovered you through the Ted talk. I listen to this song each day. I just loved it so much. And by and by I'm listening to all your songs. I'm not a genius like you are. Your songs take a while to metabolise! I liked you so much that I ended up reading your book as well. And then I asked myself why aren't you as famous as you ought to be? I know you already know the answer. Mediocrity is loud and rampant. It takes a lot of substance and mind to be able to think and grasp your art. You're a blinding dazzle! I wish I could know more about your songs. Especially your point of view on them. I just love you!

I will say however, Doomtree and Dessa ruined music for me. Why you ask? Because they are so good that nothing else sounds good anymore. It's all I can listen to. :) 

Somehow I'm never tired of it. I didn't think anything could beat this song, but I actually like heavy rescue the best now. (That's doomtree not just Dessa tho)

Female and male alike. I rarely hear stuff that's relevant, and not fluff that could gag you with how serious it's taking something so totally benign. :) But yes, Dessa is a female powerhouse. 

I'm the same, I only heard of Doomtree a year ago after POS and Dessa were on Scroobius Pip's Distraction Pieces podcast and now i have the entire Doomtree back catalogue plus all the solo albums as a single playlist and just have that on shuffle constantly.
