This guy has a real real talent ! There is something special in the combination of his voice, the soft rythm and the sincerity appearing in the lyrics. All this, combined with the originality and moving aspect of the character : c'est un personnage vraiment original et touchant ! ;-)

Very long time since the last time I heard anything from Brett. so good to see that even with all this time his music has the same exact power it always had with me: lift me up and make me believe that love and kindness won't go unnoticed because life always turns out to make sense somewhere. There's a lot of artists I really love, but I think it's fair to say that there's a special place in my heart for brett that won't be taken by no other. Thank you so much, Brett. No hope that you will ever read this, but I belive you get my good energy somehow.

Who doesn't love a good ole catchy love song once and a while great music 

In my eyes this is not a love song in the sense of "what people understand of a love song". This song is about true love which has nothing to do with lovers but with human. It's message is to stop pretending and just be yourself. And the most important thing: If you realize what really matters in life and accept who you are, you will love yourself. Which in my opinion is the most important thing in life.

The lyrics are outstanding. The message is simple but profound. The voice is unmistakable. The combination of all three takes my breath away. A singer like this will not come along for another 20 years or more. A true genius type of music/poetry.

I swear this guy exists to make my life miserable at work. They play three of his songs on the Musak at work and they all suck. His voice is more grating than fingernails across a chalkboard.
