Kinda sad to see one of your favorite ministers go the way of the dodo...I've lost a lot of respect since his last couple of albums...now... it's just wasted talent... This is past trying to draw the young...this is for the glory of men.I loved God since I was a child, and grew up listening to Shirley Caesar, Clark Sisters, Luther Barnes, Mighty Clouds of Joy, Sam Cook...you get the picture, that old school gospel. And I have not strayed from the faith...You didn't have to "dress it up", the TRUTH compelled me. It's not even the song, but the WORD. Songs express our love to God who is the WORD. Songs like "We Worship You" and "Sinner's Prayer" is what made me look Mr. Haddon up and started listening, and I've even done several covers of his songs (nonprofit), but now, I...I just can't....Is God so weak you need the strategy of men to draw souls? Is HIS sacrifice of love not enough? People for centuries have been drawing nigh unto God and has fallen in love with Him. They didn't technology, smoke and lights etc...God is the "smoke" (the Shekinah Glory) He is the "Light!" If people can't love God for simply who HE is...they don't deserve HIM!!!
