It's definitely one of their best songs, the music being clearly written by Steve Morse... it's his typical style of ballads... with that crescendo in the progression... And Ian Gillan is good on it...

what can I say about this one, one of those you loose yourself in

when you cannot, even after rampant consumerism, confuse your human value with the price a Human Resource Manager seeks to put on you, it's 'clearly quite absurd'.

I admire that Steve Morse (it must be him), elegant, reflectic touch. Reminds me of his solo stuff, also some Kansas themes. Finally, DAT voice and lyrics by Gillan, who definitely seems like a good man - not just another hard-rock voice. Love this way of music feeling.

Some exeptional chord progressions in there.. Some of them I have never heard in hard rock before. It is more fusion like in the progrssions
