I look at this like an old fashioned Christmas song. I can definitely get into the mood with this one, but there's a lot of newer songs that I think butcher the holiday for me. Darius has a beautiful voice and the orchestration is beautiful. I've been a fan since Hootie and the Blowfish.

Just recently found this song but fell in love with it instantly. It's a song that should be included in every holiday mix. It's certainly made it into mine!!

OMG!!!! I found it I've been going crazy heard this song at a Walgreens and my goodness I wrote the lyrics I could decipher on my arm and googled like crazy and yes I found it ! Such a beautiful voice it reminds me of everything I love about christmas it's just perfect!!!

As time goes by but on my mind i have the traditional scene when my mother used to made the most delicious Candy cane Christmas and this version is very special to me because the powerful voice of Darius .....makes me live that feeling every Christmas!

I just heard the last minute or so of this song yesterday (apparently I was hearing the song for the first time) being used as accompaniment to a group from a girls' dance school. Despite the song being quite new, I took a liking to it! (Music web site using my name takes much influence from middle 1/3 of 20th century, and its policy is that seasonal music remains available at other times of the year.)

I really like it. I saw him perform this song a few hours ago on the ABC Country Christmas. Sounds a little like Nat King Cole
