Have 2 of his CDs. Great singer. Very underrated in my honest opinion. 10/10

As good now as when I first heard it 17 years ago. Digitalised,apocalyptic folk. Superb.

Just realized how long it has been!

I cannot understand why this artist isn't globally recognised, why he isn't one of the primary singer/songwriters right now, incredible song.

Darius is incredible!

I feel it is saying that however bad you feel, he will be there. The main phrase is: you're not alone (for Heaven's sake, for emphasis). Mercury (your star) rising means you will have good times in the future - ie: chin up, things are getting better! Eleven days, twelve nights, usually refers to the twelve days of Christmas. (Of course, maybe the lyrics just filled the bill...)
