Religious people would be asking for forgiveness from this person. Or even communication, talking with ghosts hence the title of the song. Is the person the song talks about dead?

Atheists couldn't care less about God and therefore couldn't care less about the person.

MAYBE the protagonist of this song started off as an atheist, but the girl he loved was religious and converted him. The relationship between him and God is reflected in his relationship with this girl: neglect, then regret. Not caring enough when they were together, then asking for forgiveness when he lost her because of his actions.

2009 is when I first heard of TDS from a website called Purevolume. I remember working on a thesis paper and wanted to listen to something new but never thought they could change my life with their lyrics, vocals, and instrument.

Mylando T Loved PureVolume. Used it a ton in college to find new rock and punk music.

There are so many bands to even count that I found on there. Found the Starting Line in high school from a friend. Actually, what I can't remember is how I found PureVolume. I like to think it found me, when I needed a music site playing the music that I needed to hear when I needed to hear it.
