WHY - I copied this hair style from 1989 to 1994 and it paid off ! 🤩

I was chronically shy and this hair style helped me break through to speaking with the beautiful women in the Goth clubs. I also "BORROWED" Mr Vanian's wardrobe.

My flatmate who was a genius with a sewing machine tailored a knee length blood red ( scarlet) velvet coat with jet black from, including collar and neck line . This beautiful coat was fitted at the waist. Everyone LOVED the coat and when I was out of town, friends borrowed it, mostly without my permission.

Cursed with Lust - every person, both women and men who "borrowed " this jacket cheated on their partners. One of my close make friends said " I can't believe what I did" and then told me the sordid details. I know this next part sounds like over-romanticized fluff but it really happened. The close friend who cheated on his long term girl friend said "that blasted cost is like Excalibur . . . it's only meant for you." The good news is that we both kept his secret and he married that girl and last I heard were still married and happy."

Don’t you love good music! My kids are 13 and 15 and they love this and Siouxsie, The Cult, Foo, Peter Murphy, Furs, Echo etc. Unless you dig really deep the music nowadays is shite. Glad I grew up in the 80’s with parents who liked good music from their generation.
