I first saw Cyndi perform live at the Lakewood Theater in Dallas in the early 2000s. I was blown away by her voice and performance. Nailed every note and brought the house down. A truly gifted artist. Not like the lip-synching, auto-tuned pop-stars of today.

this reminds me of cranberries in visual style and musically a bit too. i’m glad Cyndi got to write her own tracks. i think if she had had the opportunities that bork had, we would have heard her develop a whole style of music around her amazing voice. but she fought for what she had so that the rest of us - bjork included would have those artistic chances.
