@Tomasz Kordonski Yes Pornography is the peak of their goth era. They then made a conscious move to a more pop sound hence the hits like "Let's go to bed" and "The love cats."

@John Hamm the cure is with me for all my life since I was 16,so over 30 years... And for me they sound best in darker and melanholic climates. Well they always been different and orginal. I would say special to me...

@Tomasz Kordonski I agree, I like their pop stuff, they're really good at that but I love them sounding dark and tortured. Huge influence on me ever since I was around the same age 16 or 17. Saw them live in 2008, wish I were around during their peak years.
