Great performance! CCR are the most important band when it comes to music for all people! In this way they had more influence than Led Zeppelin, and it is great amusement to listen to their sound; you cannot immitate it; impossible! We tried hard, myself and my band-colleges! Tom is much underrated because it seems to me that his steady rhythm-guitar is the foundation of this country-Rock-sound!

Man i see a lot of posts stating those were the best times. I agree musically i believe the best times but let's not confuse the music with the actual times. The 60s to early 70s were assassinations, the Vietnam war, political cover ups, riots. I know every generation talks about the good ole days but when you really examine it they were shit also. But thank God for the music!!!

When I was a little kid we had a tweed gramophone down in our dusty basement. Us kids would dig it out and play CCR and go crazy. I always thought it said foolay foolay, or maybe voulez voulez as a kid. Years later I look it up, Bootleg! One of their greatest!

With exception from 1:33 to 1:47 they're ridin on a single tone through all of the Song. Nevertheless or exactly for that reason it's a great Track with perfect drumming, guitar and bass arrangements!
