I tried to take this video seriously but when i found out it was about Kidneys i couldn't. Terrible video, shitty song, and useless topic.

It is about Kidney disease not just Kidneys. Do you not understand that he actually went through something tough? Does that mean nothing to you? When people make songs it is usually about things they go through. And this is one of those songs so either respect it or go the hell away.
