In most cases, I like Nick Cave's covers better because of my complete and utter adoration for his work. But I absolutely love this song, and all I can say is that I see why Nick reveres Cohen so much. Cave's cover did this song justice, but there is no replacement for Leonard's work.

I hope an official lyrical video gets released. Above all else, Avalanche is the leader of all the white and neutral life in any story. It's so polarizing because we understand the words, yet there are words that hide next to the words we understand. I don't think I have any idea of what I'm explaining.
