Oh how I love this song so much!! It helped my husband and me through a rough patch back in the day. I'm happy to say that on Halloween we will celebrate 32 years since our first date, and in June we just celebrated 27 years of marriage.
I think that says a lot for these days, especially since he was a police officer (and they have high divorce rates) and I was a teacher. We both had to retire in 2015 due to medical problems, but even through the sickness, pain, medical bills (and other bills), and stress, we are still together. We have one 25 year old angel daughter in Heaven, and one 24 year old angel daughter on Earth. With God's grace, our faith and love, and good country music we are still going! God bless you!
