No, I think Ringo was the one that got high. Let It Rain was on Clapton's 1970 album. It Don't Come Easy came out in 1971. They were both high and drunk all the time anyway, so I don't think it makes a difference...

"B" side of first 45-single I bought. After I wore out "After Midnight" on "A" side, decided what the hell, and flipped it over. An even better pleasure. Coin was sparse; we'd flip and drool over records in stores until we had enough change. Still happy with this expenditure.

(had to look that up). They had the roof open, EC's in the middle of a song when it starts to rain, on the audience.....you guessed it, the band stopped the song they were playing and immediately started playing "Let it Rain". Never forget that, it was great!!
