Clapton, Eric - Everybody Oughta Make A Change Lyrics
Change in the weather,
Change in the sea,
Come back baby,
You'll find a change in me.
Because sooner or later
We have to go down in that lonesome ground.
I changed suits,
I changed shirts,
I changed, baby,
Just to get shed of the dirt.
Everybody, we ought to change sometime,
Because sooner or later
I changed honey,
I changed money,
I changed, people,
Just to keep from being funny.
Everybody, they ought to change sometime,
Because sooner or later
We're going down in that lonesome ground.
Change in the ocean,
Change in the sea,
Come back baby,
You'll find a change in me.
Everybody, we ought to change sometime,
Because sooner or later
We're going down in that lonesome ground.

Thanks for the words Ray! Good tune by EC also. Out in that lonesome ground out in that lonesome.
and they say that Country music has simple lyrics!
Clapton is God
This album was Massively in appreciated. How many LPs you know of that don't have a bad song on em? Dam few. All these are easy to listen to at least and Great for a couple.
Pure Class
My personal taste compels me to say I believe Ry Cooder to play the best slide guitar and his voice far exceeds Eric Clapton's.
This rocks you all ways. Great musicianship - with Mr Hawkins thre at the bottom.
Still sing this song to myself at work when it pops into my head on occasion
I like this album !
Written by Sleepy John Estes..Eric & Ry Cooder..Duck Dunn, Jim Keltner..how can you go wrong..?
Roger Hawkins on drums, not Jim Keltner.
Cooder doesn’t need Clapton.
And Albert Lee too
God created the races...
if god is love, he's got a strange way of showing it
what the hell do you mean 'God is racist'?
Eric & Ry are both on slide
Ry Cooder on slide.
The God of guitar at his finest.. :)
GOD IS A RACIST CLAPTON IS NOT
clapton is my god
