Technically he didn't steal Pogo's tune - Pogo makes tunes from TV shows/films etc. (in this case Mary Poppins), and the beat in this is nothing like Pogo's tune. Xaphoon has just taken the idea, remixed it and made it his own. The samples being used got sampled by Pogo in the first place; they aren't his sounds, so they haven't been stolen from him. Big up Xaph.

A little back up on Pogo's song, I'm a fan of both of these artists.
Anyway, This HARDLY sounds like Expialadocious at all, it's like, 3 seconds of the song slowed down and looped. And Pogo was hired by Disney, so he DID have the permissions to sample, but Faggotron (Pogo's channel name) is super cool and lets people sample him all the time.
