Hi I am the Chi Lites musician Creadel Jones son I am writing you to ask for a Investigation on Gang Stalking.

My father's father Creadel Jones left me a Trust Fund in Bank Of America for 1,500,000 million dollars  it grew from 300,000 to the 875,000 in 2005 and is now estimated at 1,500,000 million dollars.
The trust fund were left in the Bank of America  in the location of 6300 Sunset Blvd Los Angels  California in October 17 2005,

After and IRS Internal Revenue froze a suspect account name Marshall Thompson due to revenue fraud, and unreported income fraud, Marshall Thompsn illegal forged trustship and fraudulent guarantor adminstration was frozen.




Marshall Thompson had ilegally used Regina Dickson madien name Regina Cubie to forged the signature of the Chi Lites musician Creadel Jones and his wife Deborah Jones who were also his legal widow Deborah Jones.


Marshall Thompson had instructed Regina Dickson a sister of Deborah  Jones to erase the names of Creadel Jones and his wife also widow Deborah Jones name from the Bank of America Trusteeship of their son Darren Cubie and children by his wife and widow Deborah Jones.


In order to forged Marshall Thompson name by rewirting Marshall Thompson name as the new Trusteeship and fraudulently switching garontership holder to Marshall Thompson and Trusteeship of Creadel Jones and his widow 
Deborah Jones rewritting and replaced both the Chi Lites parents the husbands Creadel Jones and his wife widow Deborah Jones names with Regina Dickson. 

Marshall Thompson also reportedly hide the trust funds of the Chi Lites musician son Darren Cubie and the Chi Lites musician Creadel Jones family for decades.
His wife widow Deborah Jones  reportedly attempted to later contact the police after discovering the disappearance of their children trust Bank of America trust funds.
Marshall Thompson later denied knowledge of the existence are any were abouts of the Chi Lites Creadel Jones and wife Deborah Jones are cson Darren Cubie Bank of America trust funds trust funds account documents. 

It wasn't until the Internal Revenue investigation in which discovered corruption and financial defraudment by Marshall Thompson in 2005 and it was  in October 17 2005 that the Chi Lites Creadel Jones musicians son Darren Cubie would temporaily be able to locate his trust fund at the Bank of America following the Investigation at the 6300 block of Sunset Blvd Los Angeles California.
Marshall Thompson also instructed Justin Rivera and Kina Williams to gang stalk Darren Cubie and murder,bank theft, conceal stolen bank trus fund documents, legally surveillanc,  ilegally phone hack, illegally wiretap, Identity theft, mail theft, email hack, facebook hack, illegally burglaries, burglarize, and attempted murder

 -Synopsis –


 


The son of an R&B legend tells the incredible but true story of a family torn apart by greed, corruption and the systematic abuse of black artists in the United States. Darren Cubie grew up in St. Louis not knowing why assassination attempts, FBI investigations, and witness protection programs weren’t supposed to be a ’normal’ part of life. With the hall of fame success 


 


 of the iconic soul group known as the Chi-Lites, Darren’s father, founding member Credel “Red” Jones came a terrible price. Like so many other black artists of the day, the devil was in the details in the form of contracts and agreements with the mob filtered thru corrupt record executives and banksters. 


 


 The bitter ending of Creadel’s journey in 1994, penniless on the streets of L.A., has spurred Darren on to become a champion for artists everywhere who’ve suffered from this decades-old system of abuse.

 Darren Cubie, founder of Entertainers Against Corruption tells the story of Creadel “Red” Jones of the iconic Chi-Lites, the horrific betrayal by his mother Deborah Jones and aunt Regina Cubie and a family ripped apart by an industry of greed. It is thru the telling of the tale that positive change is achieved.


 


 -Story Structure –


 


 The documentary will feature archival footage of classic Chi-Lites performances as well as references to several R&B icons both past and present (i.e. Jackie Wilson, the Jacksons, Beyonce). Primarily the story is about Darren’s survival in the face of this machine that threatened to grind him and his family into the dirt. 


 


 The refusal to bend to the systematic abuse the led Creadel to his tragic demise is Darren’s mission – changing the system, one story at a time. 


 


 Throughout the recollection of the sad past of Darren’s life should be a present-day bridge showing his efforts to reverse things on behalf of artists everywhere. The day to day hustle of being the voice behind Entertainers Against Corruption. Ultimately we should see Darren continue to recruit other R&B and industry stars to the cause to not let his story repeat itself.

 The flashbacks can have a lo-fi look to them and the present day footage can be shot in a stylized way with go pro kinds of cameras to capture the immediacy of Darren’s day to day mission.
