"My Damnation" album is a masterpiece is my favorite. Even the album cover is a delight to me still it is full of mysticism and fits the album title,this is a masterpiece Nesomnenno the best album they have ever released.Return to me 2011 was a year ago and still Chelsea Grin.

+Ronin Samurai Utah metal is very unique and has it's own rich history so it kind of stays with in it's own sound. Started back in the mid-late 90's early 2000's with Oxygen, and Angelhunter(who rumor has it is going to do another album solely by the singer sometime soon) from Helper,Utah. their singers dark sound spawned a HUGE boom in dark thrash that spread up north. With the rise of Death/Core/etc Utah metal has clung to it's roots from the south in the 90's and blended it with modern sound. It's awesome.

@Miguel Riveros Really? Although I like most of the bands you mentioned I don't think they're that interesting. They're doing what million other deathcore band were doing. I don't see any originality in them. Maybe they have some new albums that are interesting idk I don't follow them.

Oh no, nobody sounds like Glass Casket or War From A Harlots Mouth go check them. What I find boring about Chelsea Grin is thatit sounds completely generic and they add too much unnecessary breakdowns to their music.

@Miguel Riveros I think the opposite. Chelsea Grin on My Damnation used different influences which I think weren't previously used in deathcore like black metal.
Glass Casket is good but they sound like almost every underground or old deathcore band for me this sound is really overused.
War From A Harlots Mouth is not really my cup of tea.
I think Desolation of Eden and CG's first EP was generic.
