Cried when I heard this song in 1978..I was getting a divorce.

Whenever you are going thru a breakup...Charlie brings it home.  Grew up on Charlie's music.  First time I saw him on the Buck Owens Ranch Show.  I was in the other room, and I couldn't tell he was the first Black Country Singer.  Saw him in Phoenix when I worked in radio.  After his concert, he went to the then Mr. Lucky's and sand with J. David Sloan's Band and performed for all the folks there.  Gone are those days.  Thanks Charlie for all of the great music over your long and prosperous career.
