I first saw and heard this wonderful entertainer when he was just starting out. He is just as nice and humble as he was in the late 60s...Great Falls. I still smile and chuckle when I think of the 10 gal.white western hat he wore. It was given to him by Ario's, a fine western store. It was so big it covered the tios of his ears and a good part of the forehead. He sang, I'm a Long , Tall Texan...he had started out to enter the baseball major leagues. I am sure glad we have him here instead.
