This is on Ray Charles Live in Concert.  Recorded in 1964 at the Hollywood Shrine Auditorium.

Never a dull tune with Ray.  So glad I found this.  It's probably my favorite version of this tune.  It always makes me giggle.

He makes it his own. Unsurpassed. I'm not a massive fan of Ray Charles. It's what he does with the piano in this live performance, with his laid back--almost horizontal style of syncopated rhythm. Brilliant. Thanks, this saves me looking for my cassette and a player that still works. Cheers

Something about hearing this song at night......when everything is quiet. Don't know why but it's something about the blues when you're all by yourself. It's almost like you hear it in a different kind of way. Probably just me. Ray was phenomenal!!!
