idk if this is right but i personally think its about how robbie (cavetown) felt like he was losing control in life and how he has been "slipping lately". he was probably facing metal disorders like depression and anxiety and basically no one really helped him since he was "probably attention seeking" so hes left to face them on his own. idk hoped this helped.
