TheLight1, atheism has a lot to offer to the world. In fact, we have better to offer the world then religion does. If religion never existed, religious wars wouldn't exist, World War 2 wouldn't have happened, the Dark Ages wouldn't have occurred, Muslims wouldn't be killing Jews, Christians wouldn't be bombing abortion clinics. Atheism offers the world knowledge and reality, we offer ideas, we offer non-religious tainted science. We have no problems with religion as long as it's not being forced on other people. No offense, but you Christians almost never shut up about your religion, we see your billboards everywhere saying "Jesus loves you", and you guys also show up at our doorsteps pretty much saying "Hey can I earn spiritual brownie points with God by converting you to my religion" Yeah, atheists keep to themselves, now be quiet please

Atheism is one way but what people need to learn is you can still believe in God or a creator of some type and not be religious. That's the real problem organized religion and power it holds in politics. I've actually studied a lot up on scripture and seen how badly it's been twisted from it's original form such as adding a "hell" and "devil". When originally scripture taught evil is abstract because we all have the potential to be evil if we choose. But even in modern forms as the bible they only read what they want to. Because Jesus in NT preached about the danger's of organized religion and told his follower's to avoid it because it is sinful. Just like Jesus preached that all the artwork and statues Church's have is also blasphemy. Not that I believe but if by some crazy twist it all proved to be true the first one's getting cast into the Lake of Fire will not be the Archangel Lucifer but the leader's of the Church and the men who wrote the bible and twisted the words. Because according to Bible nobody goes to Heaven or Hell until the day of Judgement at the end of times.
