I loved the first three albums. however this album wasn't very good imo. all the songs sound very similar, with similar meanings/lyrics. and they got so much lighter, which can be OK, but they got boring to listen to now. it really sucks too because I love Cage the Elephant.

@Zachary Wilhelm Fair enough. I really like the new album (however I'd have to agree a little and say that it's probably not my favorite). The songs are way more thrashy when they play them live though:) Have you heard their old stuff from before they were Cage The Elephant? If not, tap in Perfect Confusion and it should come up. Really grungy like their older albums. I think you'd enjoy it.
