I was sitting here discouraged but the words ministered to my heart I felt the heavy spirit lift through through the spirit of praise.
I had planned on killing myself and was in the middle of an anxiety attack when the words to "holy spirit" by Jesus culture came to my spirit. I listened to the song, cried, and felt the spirit of heaviness lift off of me at "I've tasted and seen of the sweetest of loves. Where my heart becomes free, and my shame is undone"
Then I came over here to celebrate my deliverance! Hallelujah!
