Bury tomorrow are so generic now they were once my fav band but now there lost in the shuffle of "that shit hardcore sound" hardcore has taken a major step back in recent years except parkway they are the bench mark of hardcore and if you don't agree your a pedophile

I love BT but, Breakdown of sanity is beast. 

although the main RIFF seems very familiar and sounds like its been copied and twicked..... I started to really like this band.... and undrestand this would be the next generation metal,,,, which actually sounds very good,,,,,,  the songs of this album are awesome and they dont sound like eachother,,, which makes the album unique....   only if they could add some sick ass guitar solos that would go for 20 sec.... it would make their songs awesome .... i wish i could participate in making sick solos for them :D

I like the clean vocalist less and less every album. I think they'd be better off without him at this point. He was awesome on the first album, but now it just seems like he doesn't put much effort into it. Half of his lyrics don't even make sense.

I've been going crazy for the past YEAR trying to figure out what the cleans in this band remind me of and I FINALLY figured it out. They sound very similar to the I, Lucifer album by Destroy The Runner. Anyone else think so?

I've been wondering that myself based on how a lot of their stuff has sort of religious undertones dealing with sin, savior's, demons, salvation and the like, but as a band I don't think they are labelled that way at all. However, if any of the members are, I haven't seen anything about it. Granted, I will say that all of those themes I listed above, don't necessarily have to be religious, but might be metaphorical in nature. 

So bad.

Damn they get better every album in every way possible! Come tour the US already! Actually just Arizona would be cool too.

Been listening to this type of music for years now. I know everyone's got their own opinion, but please explain how you can dislike danis' vocals? It's sounds so natural and brutal. He roars... doesn't scream or yell like that bmth bullshit. One of or the most powerfull vocalist in this genre next to Winston McCall. It blows me away how he can create some of harshness behind his throat. But who am I to say, Just one person's opinion. Props to BT. Album Is sick

This is because his technique is really really good. He does a mix of fry and false chord that give him powerful clear vocals that dont fuck his throat up. You might not like his sound but too say he's generic or a bad vocalist is just HORRIBLY ignorant and that person really doesn't know what they're talking about

Really got into these guys after seeing them at Hit The Deck fest in 2012. I started listening to The Union of Crowns, thought it was fantastic. Backtracked to portraits, again enjoyable, but preferred the vocals on TUOC. However, from what I've heard of the new album so far, I can't say I'm overly impressed. Once again, the screams/growls are great, but the music is just really uninspiring, the clean vocals are becoming incredibly formulaic too. I'm still deciding if their new music is just too similar and not going anywhere, or if if it's taken a step back all together.
Anyway, I still have a couple more tracks to listen too, and I've no doubt they're still just as good live as the last few times I've seen them. Will catch them at Download festival, maybe the new songs being played live will sway me back!

Personally I prefer the older stuff. Great band with lots of stuff going for them, but honestly finding it hard to get into their new songs.
