I like the way all of his songs seem to tell a story like a old saddle tramp type of thing, and if hopping into different genres allows him to tell those stories and make beautiful music than so be it.


Many will say they prefer his early work, but if there wasn't any way of moving forward then they would've never gotten the early tracks.

This song is kinda angry and very emotional. To me the video suits the song because everything in it happens in a flash just like love which appears and fades away. Love is an emotion and can be beautiful but hard at the same time. I recommend You the last release of Jake - it's perfect.

Just go and listen to the acoustic version... worth it all the way. Maybe even one of his best song

Awesome song, there is unusual vibe in each of Jake's songs. I am fan since Two Fingers but I enjoy every album released by Jake Bugg (I have all his releases). I think that every song of Jake is special and carries a meaning. He is a genuine artist and amazing musician. His lyrics are deep and emotional. People say that they preferred his old songs. Yes, his first release is very strong. Gives me chills when I listen to it. But in my opinion his new songs are great too. Every song of Jake is powerful. True fans will appreciate.

This song was my introduction to Jake, I heard this single on my local radio station before the album released. Picked up his first two records and his concert bluray while I was waiting for On My One, and got fairly familiar with the older catalogue. i got to see him at a festival here last summer, and he played everything BUT this song. Still a great set, and i was completely blown away, but I still found it strange he didn't include this one in the songlist for that show.

tbh, before this song I thought he was another typical musician trying to copy the sounds of 'cool' bands like oasis. but this song has really made me see that he is a true artist, taking risks and mixing it up. love it!!!!!
