So here's the deal. Buddy Brown is an extremely rare commodity. He could have been on his way to superstardom in Nashville but he doesn't. Why? I think he knows whats real and whats not. He stays away from it and quietly puts out some of the best country music I've ever heard. I don't think its a lack of acclaim though with 100 million views now and 3 billboard charting albums he's doing JUST FINE! lol

Thank God nobody hays like that anymore; that was real work and most of prissy kids I see today would have a heart attack before the load was half build on the wagon.

Johnny people up here in the Midwest still do hay like that, and with all of the dam rain there’s good money in it too.

@JW my area there is a group of kids doing it the old way. They wanted to be like grandpa and they use the money for 4h and equipment. One is like 14 now but has been throwing bails since he was 9. He has learned alot from his grandpa and dad how business works. Alot of kids are getting into it now. No accumulators or fancy stuff. Breaking out the old equipment and getting to it.

@Dakota Carlton FYI, Luke Bryan grew up on a South Georgia peanut farm and Cole less than 20 miles from Bryan's home. Luke's very first farm tour concert was on a farm that worked helping our neighboring farmer bail and load hay in 100 degree summers.

@Emory Bragg Where the hell have you been for the last ten years? Luke Bryan has been around since the mid 2000s. Buddy sounds like Bryan's first two albums. BTW, Bryan's band consists of guitars, keyboard,fiddle and drums. The snap sound didn't come until Knockin Boots (not to my liking) and most likely a nod to the critics.
