Definitely 2015 voice, not River era voice. A shame Bruce can't just put out his actual tossed off music, that is what an outtake truthfully is or is supposed to be. This version is a contemporary re-imagined version of a River album outtake. Nothing wrong with that, but I wish they would release the Telegraph Hill Lost Masters originals as well. They could easily be made available as downloadable extras. These have bluffed or incomplete lyrics and mistakes or whatever, but many of the performances and vocals are much hotter. At least offer it just for comparison and for authenticity sake. I can appreciate wanting to put out a finished and polished product, but I'm afraid people will never know just how smoking hot this band really was with this often watered down rerecorded stuff and the modern old guy voice.

I'm 100% certain the vocals are the only redone parts

+Jake K It sounds like there is at least a little musical polishing up as well. At least as compared to the Lost Masters outtakes I have heard. Certainly its likely we haven't heard every take though, so it very well could be entirely original River era music.

Great song! Is this a new vocal track recorded over the 80 stems? Kind of like what was done on the Darkness special edition a couple of years ago, I'm not a fan of Lucas returning to the Star Wars movies to touch them up but this I don't mind especially if the vocal track was incomplete or maybe lyrics not finalised this is great Bruce is revisiting these gems cleaning them up singing in that "River" period voice! Can't wait for this package.

Its Clarence I can easily tell. Jake and Clarence have different tones. Clarence you get a more powerful sax sound. While jake you get a medium sax sound.
