Matthew Quinn, what do you want from them? Same old stuff over and over again? Where can they go from THIS? Only a bit poppier, more electronic or something like that. It's not like they're playing indie-pop now (even though I'd listen to that, lol)! Times have changed, people have changed, so they have to change too!
I almost stopped listening to my fave band 5 years ago, because they became a bit poppier and I hated it. And like 3 years ago I listened to them again and I freaking loved it, because my tastes have changed over the years. So, if you prefer this heavy/experimental style then enjoy and don't ruin the mood for others, please. Biffy don't suck, they're just trying something new, man. You'll just get bored of them and they will die as a band if they don't change. The only other way they have is to go full heavy metal or something like that.

Ahmad Utsiev their first 4 albums all had a diffirent sound and their last 3 (which absolutley suck) sound the same.
If you like their new stuff then good for you lad.
But i like alot of people fell in Love with biffy with their original sound and to go from that to what They are playing nowadays is such a big difference.
If that is what you call evolution then music is fucked.

I love puzzles, but I honestly arent keen on their earlier stuff. I like a bit of weird but that took it to the next level tho lol 😂 I was introduced to biffy when I was about seven or eight (?) I think during only revolutions when they got more popular so I grew up on that album and will always have respect for it. And I'm sorry, but you can't tell me that many of horror isn't a hit. I HATE oasis, and I hate the song, but I can admit that wonderwall is a hit, even if, again, I CANT STAND IT. Ahem anyway I loved opposites and I like ellipsis as well, and the new song they just released is sick too. Similarities wasn't my thing tho either, but that's just my opinion. But I'm not gonna say "Biffy is shit" because I thought one album was boring, and I'm still gonna be just as exited for the next album, which goes to show how good of a band they really are. Let them do what they want, and If you don't like that or respect that its their band then become a fucking biffy tribute band who only play their old stuff. If a band doesn't adapt or change they're style then they don't deserve to be call a band. What biffy is doing is great and highly respectable. Stop complaining.

Listening to the new Foo Fighters (Something from Nothing) song made me come back to this as I haven't listened to Puzzle in ages. Now, hearing this, I'm pretty convinced that everything the Foo Fighters have done since 2007 has been inspired by this record. Shame Biffy's never gotten the level of success they deserve here in the States. :(
