She could be singing about herself, Britain's best kept female singing secret. How Bev has not made it big worldwide is a mystery to me. What a voice. Well at least us Brits have had the privilege. She sang at one of my events years ago as the featured cabaret after dinner entertainment and she was amazing. I clearly remember her turning up in the afternoon to soundcheck and meeting her in passing and how lovely and down to earth she was, just so natural and friendly.
