Usually what hardcore bands do is finish the real track let it run silent, then record some silly jam track. In this case it's not a real song, it's technically the ending for the need for repetition, technically that is. Check out some other bands i mentioned it's basically the samething.

Didn't you consider that it's somewhat broad and presumptuous to say "this isn't even a real song" with those sweeps and generally flawless musical timing? Maybe the lyrics are sardonic, maybe even hysterical, but so was "Rainy Day Women # 12 & 35" and it was a no. 2 hit. Not out to incur anybody's wrath, so this is just an opinion.

This is not even a real song it just one of those things that hardcore bands do alot. Shai hulud did it, fordirelifesake did it. Converge did, Terror did it, so on and so on. Tons of hardcore bands just lets the last song play out and at the last 2 mins they do something totally obscure.
