Bee Gees - On Time Lyrics

I ain't got time, I only got a dime to make a last call
I'm gettin' soaking wet and it ain't rained yet since last fall
I got myself a coach ticket on the Southern Railroad Line
I don't have to worry 'cause I know it never leaves on time

Late last night we made love and everythin' was all right
You walked out the door and the only thing I saw was the hall light
I got myself a coach ticket on the Southern Railroad Line
I don't have to worry 'cause I know it never leaves on time

Why didn't you see that you don't feel the same way that I do
I understood before that you couldn't take much more as I knew
I got myself a coach ticket on the Southern Railroad Line
I don't have to worry 'cause I know it never leaves on time.

I've been listening to The Bee Gees since  I was born in 1964.  The listening got more intense in 1978.  My sister has the single "My World", with "On Time" as the flip side.I would never know it was them with Maurice singing. He sounds very good, but not like "himself", if that makes any sense. Thanks for uploading this.

Maurice has really catchy tunes. You could also check Lay it on me from "Two Years on" album or the single Country Woman. Thanks for comment

Yes, he was the great one!!! How can anybody compare this great vocals and solo from this music genius performing the best rock song he did to anybody who think they could sing like him and perform it on stage and make a complete fool out of themself. It is a pity.
