okay I was listening to this song on Youtube 2 years ago, and I can say without any doubt that the metal version was easy as fuck to find. It's the piano version that's much rarer (and personally I like how it segways into Turn the Other Way better)

That being said, next to The Wicked End, this is prolly Syn's best solo

I would love to see this composed as a full song... this marked the beginning... and I want to see them extend an intro that marked them... the beginning is the beginning... I want to see how it will end... I love them and want them around for a while... but thier inevitable goodbye, even if its 20 years from now, needs to feed off of the message the entered with. I'd love for this to turn into a full 6 minute shred fest.

the heavy metal version was the first one released first it was on warmness on the soul EP which came out before the realising of the original sounding the seventh trumpet by goodlife recordings then it was release again on the latter version of sounding the seventh trumpet by hopless records

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion I guess. IMO both versions are great, but putting them together like this produces something that is better than each individual version. An effect that is lost by skipping straight to the second version.

My thoughts on this song can't be explained no more than the simple words " Good Song" I can't begin to fathom what makes the song so great so i just sit there in awe and admire their earlier works. This song shouldn't have been a Demo should've added a bit more maybe combined the songs, added something to make it more terrifying that the rapture really is here and we are fucked.

The Dark Gaia Channel there is no demo here. The piano version was actually on the original pressing of the album. Before the band signed to Hopeless and rereleased it.
