How can I offer sympathy when all I feel is Pure Rejection! Awesome lyrics. I saw Asia (I went alone) at the New Haven coliseum in Connecticut in '83. Now in 2019 I still crank their music on my $5000 car stereo. I imagine as I drive by, people think, that white boy be crazy! Ha! You bet Cha! Crazy for Asia. And crazy for Michelle too. But alas, she may not feel the same way. Still, life goes on and I've got Asia to comfort me. Til the end of time. So let it be written, so let it be done.
They made a huge deal that they were in Canada using the first 32 track mixer.........am I the only one here remembering this ? They made a big thing about it as if it was the next thing .
It was the weediest sounding disc ever..haha .......no rock band needs that...
The disc was still very awesome....just had to turn the treble down and the bass way up

I hope this music lives on forever, after all it is truly timeless music. As is a lot of prog rock thanks to incredible musicians like John Wetton,(RIP) and Steve Howe just to name a few OK Palmer and Downes also.

The only two videos to come out of Alpha were Don't Cry and Smile. My vote for a third would have been Never in a Million Years or My Own Time.
