this album was released seven years ago today and in those 7 years, not one album has stood up against the test of time like this album. This is timeless and remains one of my favorite albums. Every song reminds me of simpler times back when I was in high school and is a perfect marriage of excellent songwriting and nostalgia. This was the peak of ATR's career and truly hope this band can recover from the slump they've been in the last few years.

This album was a breakthrough following after Behind Silence and Solitude. The solos fit together better In their songs more than the previous album but still has those crazy high pitched solo transitions

You can basically perfecting his technique and getting close to perfect solo and rhythm combinations in Fall of Ideals

Actually, not to be picky, but you sub-divided the time signature one too many time. He is actually holding it for 8 full measures. You were correct, if it were subdivided one more time. The quarter note still holds the beat in this song though so it's 8 at this tempo.
