I am a recovering Alcoholic and this song is so relatable and it truly comforts me to know that someone who I respect and admire so highly is so humble and honest ❤ I have been listening to this since it came out and it really helps me feel less isolated.
I have Borderline Personality Disorder and the line about feeling everything so deeply when not medicated really helped me feel understood as I feel intensely every day (not suggesting it means BPD nor implying Alanis has BPD) and I turned to alcohol because of it, I am on medication and have so far been doing good not drinking.

This song, "Would not come" and "Numb" by Alanis are basically my life anthems regarding my struggles.

This needs to go mainstream! Hello!! Is a dream come true to enjoy her music once more!

Wow, how much her voice has changed since Jagged Little Pill & Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie. Two of my personal favorites. Alanis released Jagged Little Pill my 10-11 grade high school. I remrmber having the most awesome computer teacher, perfect attendance, A in the class, all work complete meant on Friday we could be free. I would listed to JLP front to back while taking a nap. Seems like not too long ago. My, where does the time go?
